• Consolidation and exchanging of musicians experience in domain of electronic pedagogy;
• Promotion of electronic music instruments and digital technologies in contemporary music education.

• Competition is addressed to pupils, learning teenagers, college, academy, high school students to 25 (30) years old (in 4 ages parametres) and teachers, who are using electronic technologies in their music activity;
• Organization payment for every competitor – solo or ensemble – (for total 10 minutes of sounding – not more) – 2100 rubles (80 dollars or 60 euros);
• The first final stage – Gala-concert (for 1-4 winners) will take place at 6-th of November 2008 in Moscow. Second final stage (for fifth winner) will happen during International conference in St.Petersburg at 7-th of November;
  At 5-th and 8-th of November may be excursions (in statements);
• Sending statements and compositions (on discs): 15 of June – 10 of September.

• It is necessary to represent records of one, two or more compositions 10 minutes of total sounding, made with keyboard or music computer in CD and DVD (with annotations) preferable in exe: *.WAV (or MP3), *.AVI (or MPEG2, 4).
• Not only solo but ensemble productions (among them mixed with acoustic instruments or singers) are greeted.
• Winners:
  • Author (original) composition (genres and styles may be different);
  • Arrangement music (in any genres and styles);
  • Multimedia project;
  • Skillful performance (or improvisation) at electronic music instruments;;
  • Teacher mastery (mastery of learning).
